By accessing the Data, you agree to keep all Data strictly confidential and protect it with the same level of care you use to protect your own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care. Access to the Data is limited to your employees, contractors or agents who are informed of and agree to these confidentiality obligations. You are not permitted to disclose, distribute, publish, or otherwise share the Data, in any manner or medium, with any third party, without the prior written consent of the Foundation. You may not use the Data for commercial purposes. At the request of the Foundation, you agree to certify in writing that no copies of the Data have been made. All ownership of the Data remains the sole and exclusive property of the Foundation and no rights, licenses, or interests are granted to you.
